Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days (approximately 2–3 weeks) from dispatch. Our products ship directly from our supplier partners, which keeps prices low but means delivery takes longer than locally warehoused stock.

Tracking

All orders ship with a tracking number, which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $5.95 AUD. Shipping is free on orders over $60 AUD.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Packages may be delayed by customs inspections, carrier backlogs, peak periods, or incorrect delivery details.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
